The average delivery times of the ordered goods vary according to the destination
and start since the day after the order transmission.
The shipment is carried out in 48 hours exclusively for the products
available in stock.
In case of goods not available in our stock, the order filling will require 7
working days.
Finally, if the purchased products are partially available in stock and partially
not, a delivery time of 7 working days is required for all ordered
products.

Shipping charges vary according to the purchase total amount and to the destination
country to ship goods to;
For Italy, islands included:
- for amounts equal to or higher than € 300,00 Vat included, free shipment.
- for amounts lower than € 150,00 shipping charges will amount to € 13,00
if you pay cash on delivery, while shipping charges will amount to € 6,00
if you pay by credit card or money transfer.
The system will calculate automatically shipping charges.

Shipping charges are at customer’s expense and are fixed, apart from the
selected payment method, as indicated below:
Shipping charges will be calculated automatically by the system and reported
on the electronic receipt.
After placing the order, any customer can check the order status itselft. It
is enough to click Shipment Status after the login.
Important: in case of payment cash on delivery the electronic
receipt will report the exact amount to be paid to the courier on receipt
of the goods.
In case of advance payment by postal order, money transfer or credit card, nothing
has to be paid to the courier, except voluntary tips at customer’s discretion.
