What do discreet shipment and anonymous delivery mean?
- The courier doesn’t know the package content.
- Products are simply packaged in a very simple sealed box.
- Invoice and product description are inside the package.
- The consigner is showtime s.r.l.
Delivery:
In case of home deliveries, your order will be delivered to your
home address in a packaged box.
If the courier doesn’t find anybody at home, he will leave
a delivery notice and calling back the courier you can agree another
delivery time. The package will be available for three days with
no additional charges.
Privacy
The {application.nomsocieta} treats customers’ personal data in compliance
with the prescriptions of the law 675 dtd. 31/12/96 (“Protection of people
and other subjects regarding personal data treatment”).
Personal data are treated within the normal activity circle and exclusively to
fill the order or to contact customers in case of problems.
According to art. 13 of law 675/96 the person interested can ask for the confirmation
of the existence or non-existence of his/her own personal data and request
their communication in a clear form. Moreover the person interested can ask
for their cancellation or transformation into anonymous form or can block data
treatment for legitimate reasons regarding the treatment itself.

Right of withdrawal:
According to the provisions of the legislative decree 185/1999 (implementation
of the directive 97/7/CE regarding consumers’ protection in distance
contracts) the Customer has the right to withdraw from the online contract
with no penalties and without specifying the reason, following the methods
and conditions listed below:
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending within 10 working days since
the goods receipt a written communication by registered letter with receipt
notice addressed to: showtime s.r.l.,
via VIA CHIANTIGIANA 32, 50023 FALCIANI/IMPRUNETA (FI)
The communication can be also sent, always within the same term, by telegram
or fax, only on condition that it is confirmed by registered letter with receipt
notice within the next 48 hours.
The communication must report the product codes to be returned and the indications
concerning the expense reimbursement method (postal order, money transfer etc.)
and bank details, if any.
Products must be integral when returned by the customer and sent to the same
address reported on the registered letter.
After receipt of the products and
after a check of their integrity, we will credit the cost of the returned products
to the customer.
Return shipment of defective or broken products
If the Customer receives a defective product showtime s.r.l. will
send the Customer an identical product as replacement.
Shipping charges will be at showtime s.r.l.’s
expense.
On customer’s request, showtime s.r.l. will reimburse the price
paid for the purchase, including shipping charges, instead of replacing the
defective product.
The reimbursement will be carried out as soon as possible and in any case within
30 (thirty) days since the date {application.nomsocieta} receives the above mentioned
reimbursement request.
