If the Customer wants to purchase the products offered
at showtime - vendita dvd e videocassette hard, it is necessary to register his/her
personal data and e-mail address and enter a username.
The registration – to be done for the first purchase
only – will generate a personal and reserved
password which is forwarded by e-mail and can be used
whenever you wish to purchase.
For your next purchases the authentication by username
and password will be enough.
How to purchase: Through the menu placed on the left side of
each page you can directly access the product categories
you are searching.
You can have further information on the product clicking “product card” where
the button “add to cart” is reported. If you click this latter you
will get to the page “add to cart” where you have to enter the information
regarding the desired quantity and size. The cart content can be visualized at
any time clicking the special button on the horizontal bar placed on the top. For
each product present in the cart the following data are listed: name, quantity,
unit price expressed in € (VAT included), price expressed in € (VAT
included and the option “cancel” to take the product off the cart.

The total amount reported at the end of the card
includes the shipping charges calculated automatically
by the system [see: shipping

To confirm the purchase please select “purchase” on
the horizontal bar placed on the top.
If you are already registered, please login entering
username and password, if not, you can register at
the same time of the order. Choose the method of payment:
- By credit card: all entered data are encrypted by means of a SSL connection
system which guarantees the utmost safety of all transactions.
- By money transfer: after you enter all necessary data you will receive the
reference bank details. After crediting we will carry out the shipment.
- By cash on delivery: on delivery to the indicated address you will directly
pay the courier.
Whatever method of payment you choose, the form will report a summary of the
purchased products, the correctness of the entered data and the definitive confirmation
of the goods consignee.
If shipping data are not correct, you can change them clicking the special button “Change
shipping data if not correct”

The order must be accepted by showtime s.r.l. by means of an e-mail addressed
to the Customer.
The e-mail, reporting product code, order summary, total price and consignee’s
shipping details, will be valid as purchase receipt (so it is advisable to
print and keep it), followed by the waybill only, reporting the list of all
items and the total value.
showtime s.r.l. reserves the right to modify prices at any time in consequence
of market variations, of course except the goods purchased or booked before
the modification.
No minimum order is required: you can also purchase one item only.
However goods are followed by a receipt summarizing the details of the reference
order. Communications and invoices are sent to the e-mail address indicated
at the time of the registration.
Possible promotions cannot be cumulated.
According to and in compliance with articles 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code
the purchaser declares to have carefully read and approved the Sales Conditions
herewith reported.
The collection and treatment of Customer’s personal data are carried
out according to and in compliance with the law No. 675 dtd. December 31st,
1996 reporting dispositions for the “Protection of people and other subjects
regarding the treatment of personal data” [see: guarantees].

If you decide to pay the goods by credit card, the form will show
you a summary of the order as well as the correctness of the entered

The safe transaction procedure is guaranteed by the application of an encrypted

as well as by direct, protected and certificated connections with the bank
circuit.
During data transmission and reception by means of the SSL connection system
the visualization of some windows will signal you access safe areas, in which
the browser will show on the left side below the “closed padlock” icon.
If you double click the padlock you will find the information on the SSL certificate.
The certificate guarantees that the information you are going to enter is
encrypted before passing through Internet and that the server you are sending
it to belongs to a concern certified by an international institution.
The Bank forwards transaction data to circuits through which they reach
the Institute that issued the card.
The bank system will carry out all appropriate checks and in case of positive
result will confirm the transaction visualizing order confirmation, paid
price and bank transaction number.
The system will issue a virtual receipt and so it is advisable to print the
page and keep it carefully because it will be valid as purchase receipt for
goods collection.
After the transaction credit card data will be cancelled by the system, while
personal data will be treated by showtime s.r.l. (in
compliance with the legislative decree No. 185 dtd. 22.05.99).
If the authorization request has no positive result, you will have the opportunity
of correcting possible mistakes made entering credit card number or expiry
date and of completing successfully your shopping.
Attention: encrypted data transmission normally is not possible
with old-type Browsers: in this case we suggest you to unload the
latest free versions of Netscape and Explorer.

- Do not enter your credit card number as demonstration of age.
- Do not enter your credit card number in web sites not protected
